Customers may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied, without providing a specific reason.

Returned items must be in new condition or show only minor signs of use, and must not affect resale. All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be returned together with the product.

5. Return Process

The email should include the order number, the names of the products to be returned, and the quantity.
We will confirm the request within 24 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed instructions.
